Hey, I’m Holly.

I provide in-the-moment participation support and future-focused capacity building to help people understand systems, navigate life transitions, and take part in everyday life with growing confidence and independence.

My Approach

Capacity Building - Assistance to Access Community, Social and Recreational Activities

Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports

Capacity Building supports are future-focused and skills-based, designed to strengthen a person’s confidence, understanding, and independence over time. I support individuals to make sense of complex systems, prepare for appointments or transitions, build self-advocacy and communication skills, and develop personalised tools that reduce overwhelm and increase choice and control. This work happens before or after participation and focuses on learning, reflection, and capacity growth — not doing things for the person, but supporting them to build skills they can carry forward.

Core - Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation

Assistance to Access Community, Social and Recreational Activities

Core supports provide practical, in-the-moment assistance to help people participate safely and confidently in everyday activities as they happen. This may include supporting communication during appointments, offering emotional regulation and reassurance, reinforcing consent and choice, or being alongside someone during community or service engagement. The focus is on presence, participation, and reducing immediate barriers — meeting the person where they are so they can stay engaged and involved in real time.

Who I work well with

I primarily support women navigating life transitions that many people go through. The stage itself might be common, but disability can make it far more complex due to barriers, systems pressure, fatigue, overwhelm, and the constant load of communication and decision-making.

I also specialise in supporting women impacted by family and domestic violence, trauma, and financial hardship, offering steady, practical, non-clinical support that strengthens confidence, participation, and independence.

You might be a good fit if you’re:

  • going through a major life transition (housing changes, separation, rebuilding routines or new supports)

  • overwhelmed by systems, paperwork, or appointments

  • wanting support to prepare for a meeting and communicate your needs clearly

  • working on building confidence with boundaries, consent, and decision-making

  • wanting practical support to organise money and day-to-day responsibilities

  • looking for non-clinical support that is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming

My support are delivered under NDIS Capacity Building and Core funding, depending on whether you need support in the moment or you want to build skills and confidence over time.

In Their Words

Participant feedback and shared experiences

"Holly didn’t tell me what to do or take over. She helped me break things into smaller steps and work out what make sense for me. I feel a lot less stressed dealing with systems and decisions now."

Alex, Capacity Building (online)

"Having Holly’s support made a big difference. We talked things through before, and during appointments she helped me stay calm and communicate when I would normally shut down. Afterwards, we talked about what worked and what didn’t, which helped me feel more confident for next time."

Jessica, Capacity Building & Core (online & in-person)
