Work With Me

Working together should feel clear and steady, not confusing or overwhelming.

Here’s what the process looks like:

Step 1: Send an enquiry

Step 2: 15-minute intro chat

Step 3: Onboarding session + paperwork explained and signed

Step 4: First support session

Step 1: Send an Enquiry

* If you are a Support Coordinator or Provider looking to refer a participant, please scroll down and follow the Referral Information for Professionals button.

Thanks!

Step 2: Intro Chat

After you send an enquiry, I’ll be in touch to organise a short 15-minute intro chat.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can:

  • talk through what you’re hoping support will help with

  • check whether I’m the right fit for what you need

  • clarify whether your support is best delivered under Capacity Building, Core or both

  • make sure the support feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your goals, preferences, and consent

You don’t need to prepare anything, and you don’t need to share personal details you’re not comfortable sharing. You’re always in control of what you share and what you consent to.

If you’d like to proceed after our chat, I’ll send through a short request for information so I can prepare for your onboarding session and make sure everything is set up clearly from the start.

If it feels like a good fit, we will move onto the onboarding session.

Step 3: Onboarding session + paperwork explained and signed

If we decide to move forward, we’ll book an onboarding session. This is where we get everything set up clearly and calmly, so you know exactly what to expect before supports begin.

In this session, we’ll:

  • confirm your goals and priorities

  • clarify whether supports are delivered under Capacity Building, Core or both

  • talk through how sessions will work in practice

  • go over funding, billing, and practical details.

  • make sure everything feels clear and agreed before we start

I’ll provide a Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports which outline the NDIS support items, rates (in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements), and how things like travel, non-face-to-face time, and cancellations are handled.

Everything is written in plain language, and we go through it together. You’re welcome to ask any questions before signing.

Service Agreements and Schedules are shared privately upon agreeing to work together. Once signed copies of both documents are returned, we will schedule our first support session.

Step 4: First support session

Your first support session is focused on clarity, steadiness, and practical next steps.

Depending on your goals and funding category (Capacity Building or Core), we might:

  • map out your current priorities and what feels most urgent

  • break down an upcoming appointment, transition, or decision

  • begin to organise paperwork or systems that feel overwhelming

  • plan communication for a meeting or interaction

  • begin a simple money mapping process to bring structure to budgeting and bills

  • identify small, manageable steps that build confidence over time

There’s no pressure to “cover everything” in one session. We focus on what matters most right now and move at a pace that feels manageable.

From there, we continue building support in a way that strengthens your confidence and independence, whether that’s in-the-moment participation (Core), longer-term skill development (Capacity Building) or a balanced blend of both.

Referrals from Support Coordinators & Providers

I welcome referrals from Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, and community organisations.

Referrals are simple and can be made online.

Important: I provide Capacity Building and Core supports only. I do not act as a participant’s advocate, representative, or Support Coordinator.
