Hi, I’m Holly — financial counsellor, coach, and chaos-slayer for women rebuilding after trauma or burnout. I founded Mindful Bloom to offer the kind of support I once needed: real tools, real talk, and space to breathe again.
This Is Me
I am a neurodivergent mum, survivor, and financial counsellor who’s lived the chaos I now help others navigate.
After years in the banking world (and burnout to match), I rebuilt from the ground up, retraining in trauma-informed financial counselling, completing my placement with the Consumer Action Law Centre, and working alongside women facing debt, systems stress, and financial abuse.
Today, I bring together over seven years of finance experience, specialised DV-Alert training, and lived insight into trauma, neurodivergence, and recovery. I founded Mindful Bloom to create the kind of support I once needed: real talk, practical tools, and space to breathe.
Through 1:1 coaching, digital tools, and specialised program design and facilitation, I help women reclaim clarity, confidence, and calm after trauma or burnout, especially those who feel overwhelmed, overlooked, or just plain done.
Let’s meet your nervous system where it’s at and build something steady from there.
This is Mindful Bloom
Founded in 2025, Mindful Bloom was created in response to a growing need for support that is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in advocacy. While our community is home to many valuable services, we saw a gap — especially for women and gender-diverse individuals navigating intersecting challenges like trauma, family violence, financial insecurity, neurodivergence, and systemic overwhelm.
Mindful Bloom exists to bridge that gap — not as a clinical practice or advice service, but as a people-first organisation offering practical support, advocacy, financial coaching, and trauma-informed education.
We’re not here to diagnose, fix, or direct — we’re here to walk beside individuals in our communities. To listen, empower, and connect people to the right support at the right time, with care and dignity. We proudly operate with a no wrong door approach and maintain strong referral pathways to ensure individuals don’t have to navigate fragmented systems alone.
Our work is grounded in lived experience, informed by evidence, and driven by a deep belief in the autonomy, voice, and resilience of every person we support.
“We don’t heal in isolation, but in community.”
This Is The Why
In recent years, Australia has seen rising rates of family violence, housing instability, and financial hardship. The need for responsive, person-led support has never been greater. And yet, many people are still left to navigate these challenges alone, often without the tools, access, or advocacy they deserve.
At Mindful Bloom, we believe every person deserves support that honours their story, centres their autonomy, and makes space for healing on their own terms. We exist not to replace services, but to complement them — offering practical support that fills the gaps, strengthens connection, and restores self-trust in the people we walk beside.
Our Values in Action
Mindful Bloom is committed to:
Trauma-informed, client-led practice
Neuro-affirming, inclusive spaces
Financial empowerment without judgment
Community-rooted, collaborative support
Strong referral pathways and integrated care
Mindful Bloom is based on Yuin Country, Bega NSW, and partners with individuals, services, and community organisations across Australia. Whether through one-on-one advocacy, financial coaching, or group workshops, we work to build safer, more supportive pathways forward — one story, one connection, one step at a time. Our services can be delivered both in person and online, offering flexibility and accessibility to meet people where they are and in a way that feels comfortable for them.
Who Can Access Our Services
Mindful Bloom is here for women and gender-diverse individuals, and their families, who are seeking support, clarity, or connection as they navigate complex life circumstances. We work with people who may be:
Experiencing or recovering from family or domestic violence
Facing housing insecurity or system overwhelm
Managing financial stress or seeking to build financial independence
Neurodivergent or navigating disability-related supports
Feeling isolated or unsupported in traditional service systems
We welcome referrals from individuals, services, and organisations. Whether someone is reaching out for themselves or being supported by a professional, we honour each contact with care and confidentiality.
While Mindful Bloom does not provide legal, financial, or mental health advice, we offer practical support and informed guidance to help individuals take meaningful steps forward. We work alongside each person to understand their situation, explore their options, and connect them to trusted services when specialised support is needed. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll support you to find someone who is — ensuring your effort to reach out still leads to the support you need.
